·        SeaWorld and Aquatica Orlando will now be open seven days a week through October 5 with limited capacity and plenty of outdoor space to explore the parks’ expansive grounds and maintain physical distancing for a safe visit with friends and family.

 

·        Starting Saturday, August 22, SeaWorld will be open until 10 pm Fridays – Sundays, through Labor Day weekend.

 

·        SeaWorld’s Craft Beer Festival is expanding to Fridays, 3pm-10 pm, beginning August 28 through September 20.

Good news for SeaWorld and Aquatica fans! Starting Saturday, August 22, the parks are adjusting operating and special event hours to provide guests with more opportunities to safely enjoy additional park visits. All guests with existing tickets, Fun Cards, or Annual Passes must make a reservation in advance to help manage capacity in line with the park’s enhanced health and safety protocols. As the sun goes down, SeaWorld comes alive with the glow of Electric Ocean Remix. Guests are invited to stay late on summer weekends to enjoy electrifying dance music and a brilliant evening of energy that sparks as the sun sets, while maintaining safe physical distancing throughout the vast park grounds. Shark Swim Reopens for an Ultra Exclusive Experience with Limited Capacity at Discovery Cove!

WHAT:                 The Shark Swim Program at Discovery Cove is back! Modified with enhanced health and safety measures, capacity will be further limited to create an even more exclusive experience for guests to learn about several species of sharks as they swim alongside them in The Grand Reef, and roam the spacious grounds of this peaceful all-inclusive resort. 

 

To manage capacity and maintain proper physical distancing between guests, as well as guests and trainers, the following adjustments have been made to this one-of-a-kind encounter:

·        This intimate experience is limited to no more than two parties per session

·        Guests will sit in a designated seating area with proper distance between the two groups for an educational overview and training session with Discovery Cove’s expert aquarists

 

During this awe-inspiring encounter, guests will:

·        Enter the water with their party for an intimate shark talk and training session with Discovery Cove’s expert Aquarists; and, with more than 20 sharks in the habitat at Discovery Cove – there is a lot to learn about!

·        Take the next step and don a sterilized snorkel and mask to enjoy a deep-water, free swim alongside blacktip reef, nurse, zebra, bonnethead sharks, not to mention the thousands of tropical fish who also reside in The Grand Reef.
